CAREER

SECURITY GUARD

Criteria for selection:

  • Min 10th Pass.
  • Min height Male 165 cm and Female 150 cm.
  • He should be a Certified Trained Security Guard.
  • Should be mentally and physically fit with a valid Medical Certificate.
  • Should have proof of residence, qualification, experience etc.
  • Valid reference for identification.
  • Should be able to speak/read/write Marathi, Hindi & English.
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • Should be willing to undergo training as per our procedure.
  • Should comply with all rules and regulations as specified in the Private Security Agencies (Regulations) Act 2005.
  • Will be subject to Police verification report.

Security Supervisor

Criteria for selection:

  • Min 12th pass.
  • Should be able to speak/read/write Marathi, Hindi & English.
  • He should be a Certified Trained Security Supervisor.
  • Min height Male 165 cm and Female 150 cm.
  • Should be mentally and physically fit with a valid Medical Certificate.
  • Should have proof of residence, qualification, experience etc.
  • Valid reference for identification.
  • Should be willing to undergo training as per our procedure.
  • Should comply with all rules and regulations as specified in the Private Security Agencies (Regulations) Act 2005.
  • Will be subject to Police verification report.

Minimum Experience Required:

Three years experience as Security Guard/ Security Supervisor.


AREA OFFICER

Criteria for selection:

  • Graduate in any faculty and literate in English.
  • Should have a valid driving license.
  • Should have proof of residence, qualification, experience etc.
  • Should be able to make reports as per company’s formats.
  • Should be willing to undergo training as per our procedure.

Minimum Experience Required:

5 years experience in the security field.

RECRUITMENT OFFICER

Criteria for selection:

  • Graduate in any faculty.
  • Should have proof of residence, qualification, experience etc.
  • Should be able to make reports as per company’s formats.
  • Should be willing to undergo training as per our procedure.
  • Should be resourceful for procurement of manpower.
  • Should have good documentation aptitude.

Minimum Experience Required:

5 years experience in the security field.

TRAINING OFFICER

Criteria for selection:

  • Ex-serviceman only.
  • Should be able to converse in English and Hindi.
  • Should have knowledge of Syllabus as per PSAR Act, 2005 especially with Safety Rules, Fire Fighting, Rescue & First Aid as well as crisis control.
  • Should be able to motivate security guards as well as operations staff.
  • Should have knowledge of inventory control and management
  • Should be able to maintain ISO procedures set by company.

Minimum Experience Required:

5 years experience for training security guards.

BRANCH MANAGER

Criteria for selection:

  • Should be a graduate in any faculty, preference will be given to MBA/BBA. Computer literacy is essential.
  • Ex-serviceman will be preferred.
  • Should have good communication skills and command.
  • Should be capable of controlling operations team, business retention and branch development.
  • Should have background of ISO, its implementation and good record keeping.
  • He will be responsible for fulfilling the set objectives of company for the best customer satisfaction.
  • Should be capable of maintaining good liaison with the clients.

Minimum Experience Required:

Should have worked in such a position for 5 years.
